I may be biased by nostalgia, as I loved the original PC game as a kid, but I find this mostly enjoyable and I play it every now and then. The controls take a little getting used to, but it's mostly functional. A few things I liked about the original PC release are missing multiple weapons and the lack of cheats for a start , but it's still all right.

Wind direction, scent and the use of a special dinosaur call are all key elements in tracking your prey.
