The ACT WorkKeys is a skills assessment test for individuals who are interested in or are currently working for organizations that emphasize the National Career Readiness Certificate. This certificate is issued to permit the continued employment of a paraprofessional who has six semester hours of study in education and who has completed one year of experience under a temporary license. It's continuously valid, except when you have not been regularly employed in the public schools for five consecutive years.
